Keeping your yard free of pet waste keeps your yard in pristine conditions, as well as keeps your yard from attracting pests. Pets waste can be harmful to humans due to different bacteria and parasites that they can carry. Children are more susceptible to infection due to more lawn exposure while playing.

What is Pet Waste Odor Eliminator?
Pet waste odor eliminator is an eco-friendly, pet- friendly, and yard safe product
that we use to keep your lawn free of urine and feces smells.
What happens when my contract expires?
If you are satisfied with our services, which we hope that you are, you are able to
renew your contract. If you wish to cancel your contract, a written notice will be
provided to you 30 days before your contract ends.
What do I do if I need to cancel or reschedule my scheduled appt?
If you need to cancel/reschedule your appt you simply just call our office 3
business days prior to your appt day/time. If canceled after 3 business days, a
cancellation fee will be assessed.
What if my scheduled service day falls on a holiday?
To keep a work-life balance environment for our employees, we are closed on major federal holidays. Our office will contact you to reschedule your appt if it
falls on a holiday.
Can I make a special request for my lawn to be cleaned on a holiday?

If you have a special request for your lawn to be cleaned on a holiday, please
contact our office to see if we can accommodate that request. If we are able to
accommodate your request, there will be a holiday cleaning fee.

I’m not able to answer my phone for appt reminders.

No worries, we can send appt reminders via text message or email

What happens if damage occurs during a cleaning?

In the unfortunate event damage occurs during your cleaning, we will work to fix it
in a timely manner

Does my pet need to be put away during my appt?

Yes, we asked all pets to be put away at the time of service to ensure our
employees can work effectively to clean your lawn. If you pet needs to go
outside, the owner must be present to ensure the safety of our employees

How do I know I can trust the people you are sending to my home?

Here at Tidy Turd Turf, all employees are vetted, and have a background check
completed prior to being hired. Gaining and keeping your trust is the upmost
importance to us.

Do I need to be home at the time of service?

No, you do not need to be present during your appt as long as your pet is put

How do I know service was completed?

Once a job is completed, clients will receive an email/text for the completed job,
as well as invoice to pay for your service.

What are your acceptable forms of payments?

We accept all major debit and credits, such as Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Cash and checks are acceptable form of payment as well.

Am I able to choose my day of service?

No, to keep operations running efficiently, we add you to our routes based on
your location and frequency of your cleanings. If you need a specific day, please
contact our office to see if we can accommodate your request.

Am I able to receive service year round?

Absolutely, as long as conditions are safe for our employees to make it to your
home services will be completed.
